Last night I oiled my hair with the, “Rosemary Organic Hair Oil Natural Hair Treatment,” which is made from Tropical Tradition’s Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil. When I oil my hair with this oil I usually only leave it on for 30 minutes or an hour. However, this time I decided to leave it on over night. Leaving an oil such as coconut oil on your hair over night is beneficial because it allows more time for the protein and nutrients to be absorbed by your hair. I massaged my scalp for a few minutes and then I placed a self-heating cap on my hair and went to sleep. It was kind of uncomfortable sleeping with this noisy cap on so I ended up removing the cap while I was in bed.

* The next day I did not wash it off in the morning. I waited until 2:00 pm and I washed it off with the “Biotin Mill Creeks” Shampoo & Conditioner. You can find this shampoo & Conditioner at the “Vitamin Shop” or at Amazon. I allowed my hair to air dry which usually takes a few hours to dry completely. I applied some of the “It’s a 10 Plus Keratin” leave in conditioner. I also applied some “Morrocan Oil” and some of the “Wild Hair Growith” oil. Once my hair was completely air dried I was amazed at how shiny it was and it had NO frizz at all.
Later on that night once my hair was dry I sprayed some of the “Follicle Stimulator” Hair Accelerator from Healthy Hair Plus. Then, I massaged my scalp for a few minutes.

Hi Leni, I love your videos there so helpful and informative. I've been trying to find the follicle stimulator that you purchased from healthy hair everywhere but have been unable to as I live in the UK. Would you be able to recommend another product that does the same thing and possibly works as well. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
