Today in the morning I sprayed some of the "Follicle Stimulator" all over my scalp and massaged it for a few minutes.
Later on at night, I applied about 4 big drops of the "Wild Hair Growth Oil" from Sallys. After applying this I massaged my scalp for about 5 minutes.
